Peanut Oat Protein Balls


  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • chocolate chips or dried fruit of your choice


heat the oil in a pan on a gentle heat, add the honey and peanut butter until melted.

Add the oats and coat them in the mixture.

Add the chocolate chips or for a healthier option try dried cranberries or another dried fruit of your choice.

Now the messy part, using a spoon or small ice cream scoop roll the mixture in to even balls and place in the fridge for half an hour to set.

I find that these disappear very quickly in our house because one ball isn't enough so I have started to make them in to bars instead. They won't last long!
